How many pages are included?
Our pricing includes up to 5 core pages initially. If you need more than this, we can accommodate the extra work at our standard hourly rate. You can also grow your website over time with the hour of included professional development time each month.
What is the typical project timeline?
Efficiency is a key benefit of our component-based design process. Once we receive your content, images, and component selections, our goal is to have a preview version ready for your approval within 10 business days.
Can I sell products or services online?
For service businesses or restaurants, we recommend integrating specialized third-party tools like Jobber, Jane, or DoorDash. For full-scale product storefronts, a dedicated platform like Shopify is typically the best choice for selling products online.
Can I make website updates myself?
Our solutions are designed to avoid the “bloat” and security vulnerabilities associated with WordPress (see above). Instead, your plan includes an hour of professional development time each month to handle content and design updates for you.
Do my monthly hours roll over?
We understand that each client’s needs for content updates or design changes can fluctuate from month to month. To accommodate this, unused development hours automatically roll forward for a maximum of three months.
Can I use my own hosting?
Websites are hosted exclusively on our enterprise-grade managed infrastructure. This allows us to proactively manage the performance and security of your website, so that you can remain focused on what matters most – your business.
Is dark mode support included?
Most modern devices allow users to choose between light and dark themes. You can choose to lock your site into a single aesthetic (e.g., light mode only), or we can implement a dual-theme system that automatically reacts to your visitor’s preferences.
Which browsers will my website work on?
Our websites are optimized for modern web browsers, such as the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. We do not waste valuable web development resources on supporting legacy or insecure browsers that no longer meet modern web standards.
